Put Me In Coach!

    This program will help your child build the skills, strength, flexibility and focus needed to compete in USAG and USAIGC (the two competing governing gymnastics bodies) sanctioned competitions.  Our instructors are trained to help your child move through the compulsory levels and reach the optional level where your child begins to develop his/her own unique style.  Your child will begin by focusing on developing the skills required for competition through the use of progressions that will ensure your child achieves each skill safely and with proper technique that will enable him/her to build toward the more complex skills and higher levels that the art of gymnastics is known for.  Once your child has gained the skills and confidence required to perform successfully at a competition, your child will begin incorporating the skills s/he has mastered into routines that contain all necessary components required by USAG and USAIGC.  Determination of readiness will be made by the head coach, as s/he is the best judge of a gymnast’s readiness.  Competitors will become members of USAG/USAIGC.
